How To Get Rid Of Neck Wrinkles

Not everyone will be blessed enough not to suffer from neck wrinkles. I was not one of the lucky ones, I was actually amazed that in what seemed like a day I had wrinkles appearing on my neck. I was mortified there I was in my early thirties and looked like I was melting.

I read everything I could online and to no avail I guessed I would just have to suffer. I was not overweight which is a big cause of wrinkles that develop on the neck. Being overweight can cause the fat cell s in the neck to swell, which in turn causes a wrinkle effect. Wrinkles can also be hereditary my mother did not have any wrinkles at my age from the pictures I had seen so I did not know where my wrinkles developed from.

No matter the cause I wanted a solution. I began using a sunscreen daily on my neck and face, as I had read this will prevent new wrinkles from developing as fast as normal. I also started to use a moisturizer daily as the skin loses moisture which can lead to the appearance of fine lines. So I was using a sunblock and moisturizer daily.

These two items seemed to be making a little difference in my skins appearance. But I wanted my neck wrinkles to disappear.

I tried every skin care product that I saw a commercial for, I must have almost spent close to five hundred dollars in a single year trying to find a miracle cure. As these products did help some I just continued to try and try more. I then decided to go a different route.

I began a to eat healthier and exercise daily. This not only made a huge difference in my appearance I felt a hundred times better about myself than I used to. I guess it just might not be possible to cure neck wrinkles. You can however better your life by eating a healthier diet and exercising this will make a tremendous difference in your life.
